UK GDPR introduced a duty on all organisations to report personal data breaches. All LLME must report any potential breaches within 72 hours of discovery – this document explains the requirements and procedures. Further information can be found on the ICO website.

GDPR for Schools (required reading for all CODE LLME)

CODE Maths Hub collects, shares and stores personal data about participants. All CODE LLME must read and understand at a minimum the ‘Personal Data’ section of this document. Further information can be found on the GDPR website.
